Abstract submission link and instruction guidelines

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE AUTHORS AND CO-AUTHORS

-Abstract author has to have registration fee paid, in order for its Abstract to be published in the official Symposium programme.

-if Abstract having more authors, at least one of the authors has to have registration fee paid

-all the authors and Abstract presenters have to have registration fee paid before 1st August 2025

-instructions and guidelines how to submit the Abstract are already in the Abstract submission system and will be visible once you register to submit the Abstract. Still, below you will find the link with instructions separated from the Abstract submission system, as well as Abstract template.

-it is important to register (create an account) first and then submit the Abstract

-we suggest you to write down your e-mail and password (once you register for the first time and create your account) so you can easily log in the system again if needed

-presentations are assumed as an oral presentation or as a part of the poster session

Abstract submission is open till NEW DEADLINE 16.6.2025.
